Always trim your wick before each use. Let it burn until the wax pool has reached the outsides of the jar. This will create a memory for the candle and prevent tunnelling.

We work incredibly hard to ensure our candles burn well, using natural waxes to reduce black carbon deposits, ensuring we use zinc & lead free wicks for a long lasting, clean burning candle. Taking care of your candle is also a crucial part of the process and the carbon buildup. After each burn you should always trim your wick to a 1/4inch and keep your candle clear of any debris, matches or wick trimmings at all times.

This is the nature of the natural waxes unfortunately due to temperature changes the wax can go like this but does not affect the performance of the candle in anyway. Once you light the candle this isn’t an issue.

Some scents/fragrances are simply lighter and not as over powering as others. Please be aware of where you are going to place your candle/diffuser in your home before buying, get stronger scents for your bigger rooms and more subtle scent for the smaller rooms. 

Sola (shola) flowers are not real flowers that are freshly picked from a garden. They are handmade with renewable wood from a marshy plant. Specifically the aeschynomene or tapioca plant. Each individual sola flower is carefully made into a life like flower. The natural color is ivory.
